  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
  • Return Method: Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost return packages.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hair Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewelry (for hygiene and security reasons)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance promotion.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience processing delays.

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship your return to:
