1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
2. Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.3 Shipping Destinations

We ship globally to our community of modern women, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Window and Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items are returned in original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Securely pack item(s) with original packaging and documentation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within the following timeframes after return approval:

• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
